Maggy Tcrbet has been laid cp for several days, sprained ankle but is able to walk at this writing. John Hayes and Owen Hurley watohes the dam in the dredge ditch. Mr Austin aud family spent Saturday at Charley Jenkins. Jim Nolan of Gifford, and B. J. Gifford of Kankakee, were in our vioinity Monday and Tuesday.
