The Circuit Court.

The February term of the circuit court ended Saturday. The last jury trial was that of John Mohler, of some miles southeast of town, for alleged attack on his brother-in-law, Gilbert Nestle, with a shot gun. The two had a family fight some time ago, and Nestle gave Mohler a very thorough thrashing. Johnnie “got his gun” and kept Nestle on the jump for a while but did not shoot at him. The trial furnished a good deal of amusement, and resulted in a verdict of not guily. Mrs. Amelia Debo, of Remington, was given a divorce from Jesse Debo, and her maiden name. Onken, restored. He abandoned her over two years ago, after a very brief wedded career, and is now at Cedar Rapids, lowa.
