Pass New Divorce Bill.

The Indiana senate Wednesday passed the Fleming bill providing for a divorce from ‘’bed and board” for a limited time in certain cases. In such separations the circuit or or superior court may grant alimony and make further decrees it shall deem just and expedient, including enstody of children. It does not effect the existing laws and is favored by Lutherans, Catbolios, Episcopalians and others opposed to absolnte divorce
