Alexander Jury Failed To Agree.

The long trial of Dr. Joseph C. Alexander, of Central Medical College, Indianapolis, for supposed complicity in tho gigantic grave robbing operations that have been going on in and around Indianapolis, for years past, ended Sunday in a disagreement of the jury.The jury was out 48 hours but could not come to an agreement. Eight were for acquittal and four for conviction, but one of these four said that only tli3 determination of one man prevented an agreement to acquit, A new trial will be ordered.
