Base Ball Bill Batted Out.

The Sunday base ball bill, whioh authorized Sunday games in Indianapolis, .was catight out on a fly, on second*.'ase, Wednesday. It had already made first base by passing the House, but when it oame to the Senate it was defeated by a vote of 24 against it io 28 for it. A number of the senators voted against the bjll because it was not sweeping enough. They want the whole law forbidding base ball on Sunday repealed, and the Bill to that effect has been already introduced in the Benate. S ? ■■ , * \ '
