More New Members than Deaths.

The report of Adjnlant-General Riohard Smock, for the last six months of 1902, shows that the loss ofynembenbip of the G. A. R. posts of the state waa only 178, The membership ia now 15,188. The number of men mastered in was greater than the deaths, which is regarded as a remarkable showing. The department of the state now has property veined at $28,020.07.
