Now Its Banker Warren.

Oklbhoma City, Okla., Feb. 7. The stockholders of the Farmers’ State Bank held a meeting this afternoon and perfected an organization. H. M. Atkinson, J. N. Ritchie, J. F. Warren, C. L. Henley and Thad Hoke were eleoted directors and the directors in turn eleoted H. M. Atkinson, president, j. F. Warren, vice president; O. L. Henley, cashier.

The bank will open about March 1. The room occupied by Atkinson, Warren and Henley at 200 Grand Avenue will be used. It is already provided with bank fixtures snd a fire proof vault. The stockholders are well known business men of tbis oity, and while the capital ie only $25,000 the stockholders are men of considerable means and will give the bank mnob good backing.
