The Court House Case.

The court house matter in Newton county was before Judge Hanley, Tuesday. Proceedings have been begun against both the county commissioners and the county council. A change of venue from the county was taken, though sll parties are stated to have beext willing to have Judge Hanley try the case. The opposition to Goodland wanted the case sent to Benton county and the Goodland - people wanted it sent to Rensselaer. Judge Hanley compromised by sending it to Monticello, where it will be tried by Judge Palmer.
