Goodland Herald: Another complaint was filed in court house contest Thursday making three in all, covering all of the points at issue, if the opposition ever had a real issue. The last complaint is directed at the county council, and will probably determine the legal right of the county council to refuse au appropriation under present conditions. Unless the commissioners ask for a special judge the cases will conVe up before Judge Hanley next Wednesday, the day set for argument.
