J. 0- Tfcrawte was elected oity engineer, to succeed H. L. Gamble whose time has expired. * Tbe oity attorney was directed to notify the 0. I. & L. Ry Co., that those same old leaks at the water tank were still leaking and mnst be plugged dp. He is also to notify the railroad oompany to ocnstrnct crossings at Milton and Scott streets. The Committee on public buildings was ordered to examine into the matter of removing the old bouse and outbuildings from Milroy Park, and report at the next meeting- The finance oommittee wbb directed to confer with the city sohool board regarding some help from the latter towards the fuel expense of running the light and water plant on aooonnt of its also heating the school house.
