Representative Bnddinger, of Mndsock, who intended introducing a measure in the legislature making it a misdemeanor for any one to “robber” at strangers while in chorcb, will not present his bill. The women of Mndsock and other towns in his district sent him a ten-foot petition saying the churoh attendance would be greatly decreased if the bill became law. Bnddinger has figured that onethird of the people attend ohuroh because the bible says that suoh is their duty; the middle third go to “rubber,” the other third are there for the purpose of showing off their togs,
