Another Freak Bill.

There is a funny bill in the house educational committe of the legislature, introduced by Representative Craven. It provides, among other things, for teaohing cooking in the pußlio schools. Craven has been turned down onoe but he got baok before the committee, and now he wants to bring a cooking olass of little girls from bis county all the way to the capital, at state expense, to convince the solons by actual preparation of food that publio school money would be wisely expanded showing the girls how to make pancakes and coffee. And we are not sure but that Craven is muoh nearer right than those who make fun of him.
