Germany's population ia 50,345,014. Cold wave didn’t kill Florida crops. Dow Academy, Franconia, N. 11., burned. • Mine explosion, Fayette City, I’a., killed four. Mary Galenno, 15, nud Auge CofTeratu, St. Louia, drowned while coasting. Reedy Harris, n negro, shot his wife, to death near Rosser, Texas, because the woman refused to lire with him. The bar of the United States Supreme Court took appropriate action in meiuory of the late Judge Horace Gray. The Maxwell-ltniford Jewelry Company of Tnacaloosa, Ala., was robbed of a tray of diamonds valued at $1,200. . While working on a railroad grade twelve miles north of Sapulpa, I. T., two men were killed and one wounded by s premature exploaion of dynamite. The dead are Wm. Cory of Nemaha, Neb., and John Flynn of South McAlester.
