Mrs. Harry Rishling who has been sick for several week is able to be np, Mr. Felix Parker has been hauling hay from the Gleason farm. On the. evening of Jan." 8 there was a delightful birthday party at of Me Edd Perigrines in honor of Miss Mary’s fifteenth birthday The evening was spent in music and old time games. At midnight refreshments were served to about thirt-five guests. Then after another round of fun the company diapered. About the time last few were leaving we heard someone say "Goodnight Charlie, I had a delightful time.” John Lehman is on the sick list and little Louie Lehman is very sick We hear Edd Barr is going to give up farming and go to working by the month. Mr. Sherm Lewis has begun to move to ths Amsler farm near Surrey. Robert Drake, Geo. Stalker and. Rufus Fulk appraised the English property Wednesday. Messers Joe Rowen, Rey English are shredding fodder east of McCoysburg. Mr. Knapp and family expect to move to Elwood Indiana soon. Oran Christianson from Hersher Illinois, is making a visit at Mr. Perigrines. Mr. and Mrs. Brown visited at Mr. Randalls last week. There was a party last week at Wash Cooks. It was Blanches birthday. We have not learned the date.
