If it were soft coal at would! be reasonable to suppose some railroad had confiscated it, but thOy don’t do that way with hard coal, and they are enable to account for the long delay. The price of hard coal has been put up again lately so that the dealers here will have so charge about $8.75 or $9 per ten, hereafter. Three dollars a month buys a Singer sewing machine.
