Four Books to Be Revised.

At a secret meeting Wednesday the state school board Ordered a revision of four school books now in use—er ith the tics, geographies, readers and Writing books. , And they need revision badly enough, goodness knows. Especially the arithmetics,’.'which are more puzzle books than arithmetics, anyhow, and difficult and complicated enough for post-graduates of a Philadelphia law school. The contracts for the publication of the books do not expire until Apr. Ist, 1904.
