Oppose Another Normal.
The trustees of the Terre Haute normal in their forthcoming report take a stand, it is understood, against the establishment of an additional state normal school. They make the point that it would cost about 1200,000 to establish a firstclass normal, that it would take $65,000 a years to maintain it and that a small appropriation for the present normal would increase its capacity so that it would accommodate the 200 or 300 surplus students now oared for in the spring term.
