Shaw Died From The Shock.
James L. Shaw, whoso injury by. engine at Kokomo, Tuesday night has been related, died at that place at 2:30 Thursday afternoon, Dec. 18th, 1902. The shock of the accident was more than he 4 could rally from, especially as he had reached the somewhat advanced age of 65 years. Besides his son Charley, who lives here, he leaves three other children, all daughters, and all of adult age. He also leaves a wido v who was his second wife, and she here two young children by a former marriage. ~ . As before stated, Mr. Shaw lived ■“here for some time, until a few months ago, and during his stay here lived at the corner of Weston and Rutsen street, in property belonging to John Groom. The funeral was held at Kokomo Saturday, at 10 o’clock a. m.
