Still Another New Divorce Case.
Still another new suit for a divorce has been put on the docket for the February term of court. Mrs. Nancy Booth is the plaintiff, and she wants a divorce from Charles Booth. They were married Sept. 14, 1899, and have broken the record for short period of co-habitation, having lived together only one day; as the complaint states that on the day following their marriage, namely Sept, loth, 1899, he wholly abandoned her, and they never lived together since. Neither has he ever contributed anything towards her support One child was born to them but it is now dead. Her name before marriage was Nancy Cross,, and she lives in Kankakee township and her occupation is that of a domestic. The whereabouts of the defendant are unknown, and he is believed to be a non-resident of the state of Indiana
