Our Winter Weather.

There is an old saying that the irst three days of Deoember rule the winter months. If this be true we oan easily figure out the brand of weather we’ll have for three months. Deoember should be a month of sunshine, with a few cloudy days and* high winds. January should furnish us a mixore of rain and scow, with gloomy disagreeable weather most <Jf the ime. In February we should lave plenty of rain and cloudy weather, with a snow now and hen. Air of which amounts to nothing; but no more does, any other long-distanoe weather prognostication.
