Public Sale. The undersigned will offer at publio sale at my residence one mile north and 3 miles west of Rensselaer, and 4 miles east of Mt. Ayr, beginning at 10 o’clook a. m. shurp, on Thursday December 18tb. The following property: 5 head work horses, one horse 6 years old, wt 1600 lbs; one horse 9 years, wt 1400 lbs; one horse 3 years old, wt 1300 lbs, one mare 6 years old, wt 1200, one mare 12 years old in foal, wt 1200 pounds. 18 head milk oows. Some of them with oalves by their side, and the rest of them will be fresh between the sale and Maroh Ist. One Bhort horn boll 3 years old, 1 yearling short horn bull, 4 yearling steers, 1 heifer 1 year old. 20 head of shoats. Farming implements: 1 wagon, 1 standard mower, loom planter, with 80 rods of new wire, 1 riding breaking plow, 1 walking breaking plow, 3 cultivators, 2 sets work harness, 1 disc, and other things too numerous to mention. Terms of sale: $5.00 and under cash in hand; over $5.00 nine months’ oredit without interest if Said when doe, if not paid when ne 8 per cent will beoharged from date of sale, purchaser giving bankable note. 6 per oent discount for cash where credit is due.
