A New Cigarette Bill.

At the last three session of the legislature a bill to tax oigarettes, to prohibit their sale, to charge a license on them, etc., has been introduced. The attorneys for the tobacco trust have always been able to convince the members that any such bill as that would be unconstitutional. But a bill be introduced this time that will, it is thought, stand in the courts. It will provide a penalty for smoking a cigarette in a public plaoe. Good lawyers says that such a law will reach the evil of oigarette smoking.
