A Wreck at Lee.

An extra northbound freight train at Lee, was pretty badly wrecked at 10.15 this, Thursday, morning. Nine cars jumped the track as the train was passing the frog at the end of the switch. The 11 o’clock train south was flagged at Pleasant Ridge and run back to Fair Oaks, then down the C. & E. I. to Goodland, and from thence over the Pan Handle to the Monon again, at Reynolds. All of which gave the passengers a chance to see lots of scenery for their passage money, and also gave people on those other railroads a chance to see what a modern passenger train looks like. The south train due at 2.01 p. m. went around by Wheelers. No one was hurt in the wreck.
