Ninety Cases Transferred.

In order to reduce the number of cases on the appellate court docket and even up in a measure with the supreme court, 90 cases were transferred Friday from the appellate to the supreme court. By the May calander there were 559 oases in the appellate court and only 173 in the supreme court. With the two divisions of the appellate court each considering half of the cases that are left, the work will be pretty well equalized,
