Notice is hereby given that a petition has been filed with the Auditor of Jasper county, State of Indiana, and viewers have been appointed who have viewed and reported said view which is on file in my office. The hearing of said petition upon its merits will be had before the Board of Commissioners of Jasper county. State of Indiana, on Tuesday, the 2nd day of December, 1902, the same being the 2nd day of their December Term, 1902. The prayer of said petition is that a ditch be constructed on the following route, to-wit: Beginning on the west side of public highway running north and south through the center of-section thirteen (13),township twen-ty-seven, (27) north, range -seven (7) west, about four hundred (400) feet north from the center of said section and nfhning thence in a general northerly dirction to its outlet in Carpenter’s Creek, three hundred and twenty-, five (325) feet south, and two hundred a.d ninety (290) feet west from the center of section (1), township twenty-seven (27) north, range seven (7) west. Notice of Hearing of Ditch Petition. -In the matter of the petition of Seth B.
