Davis Injunction Withdrawn.

It seems that the case of J. R. Davis against the court house in Goodland was not definitely settled until yesterday. A phone message from Keutland yesterday afternoon informed the Herald that the court sustained the demurrer of the defendant and J. R. Davis withdrew his suit. This wipes the oase from the court dockets, - and if the “parties at interest” seek to prolong matters still farther they must commence a new suit.— Goodland Herald.
