A Suit For Divorce.

% Mrs. Emily B. Hewitt, of Newland, has begun suit for a divorce from her husband, Levi Hewitt. The latter being the person whom Squire Troxell fined a few weeks ago for assaulting his wife. They were married July 11,1888 and lived together until Oct. 2nd, 1902. They have three children aged 13,11,-and 7 years respectively. She charges cruel treatment and that at divers time prior to Oct, 2nd, he struck and cursed her. She asks for the custody of the children, alimony of SI,OOO and SSO per month for the support of the children.
