Medical Law Constitional.

The state supreme court a few days ago, decided that the medical act of 1901 was constitutional. I The court formerly held the act of 1897 constitutional, but this act was amended in 1901 by a defini-j tion of what constitutes ths practice of medicine which was intend ed to drive out of Indiana persons that go by the name of “professor” or “healers.” The State medical board is pleased with the outcome of the suit. The “healers” and “professors” may be attacked in many parts of the state. By some it is believed that the law applies to Christian Scientists. The decision is from Judge Gillett.
