Want the Law Changed Again.
The report in current that an effort will be made to change the law by which town and city officials are elected for but two years so that they will as formerly, be elected for four years. Every town and city in the state affected by the law passed by the last legislature will be asked to cooperate in the effort to bring about the change. It is claimed elections every two years are too frequent, and that as officials are usually conceded a renomination when serving but two years it would be better to elect them for four yean.
