Will Ask For New Law.

The railroad men at the next session of the Indiana legislature will ask for the enactment of a law creating a board of five inspectors, the purpose being to prevent rail* road accidents, It will provide that the inspector shall be appointed by the governor and when a fatal accident occurs on a railroad one of them shall be present at the inquest and be allowed to ask questions of the witnesses. He will make a report to the governor with such suggestions as could be embodied in a law to prevent similar accidents. It will be the duty of the governor to lay these Reports before the legislature. J ‘ .4
