Building and Loan Closing Up.

The second and last series of tbe Rensselaer Building and Loan and Savings Association will make its last payment this week. The series has been paying for ten years and six months, which is paying out in good time, for S2OO shares at $1 per month payments. The series has been well managed and tbe money lost on bad loans has been very little. Probably tbe total loss on both series would not reach S2OO. In calling this tbe last series of the association, we speak advisedly, for there is apparently no prospect of another series being started, and the association will now, in all probability, come to an end.
