Returned To Prison.

Tom Ferguson, of near Monon, who was saht to to the state prison some - three years ago for horse stealing has been returned to that institution for violating his parole. He had been out on a parole a little over a year, and had repeatedly violated the rules, paying no attention to warnings that were sent him from time to time. Last week the State Agent came to Monod and again took him into custody. As his sentence is indeterminate, with a maximum of fourteen years, he has twelve years yet to serve unless be can persuade the Board to give him another trial on parole.
