Delphi’s Carnival Queen.

Miss Nellie Colvin has been elected queen of the Delphi carnival, held there the last four days of this week. She is well known here, and was the guest, all of last week, of her aunt, Mrs. E. M. Parnells. She was also one of our queen’s ladies in waiting. The final count was made late Saturday night, and the majority of the votes were cast in the lest half hour. At the end Miss Colvin had 12,066 votes, Margaret Hammerling 12,058 and Jennie Lamb 6,052.
