The Ninth Divorce Case.

There erenow nine divorce on the docket for the ensuing term of the circuit court. Four of these are old cases from the April term, and five are new ones. The latest of the new ones is that of Landy McGee vs Anna E. McGee, They were married “on or about” May 7, 18%, and lived together until Nov. 1, 1901, at which time, the complaint alleges, the defendant abandoned the plaintiff and went to Kansas City, with one James Hieronymus, of fragrant memory. The scriptural cause for divorce is alleged.
