Horseman Gets Broken Nose.

F. P. Morton, east of town, on the Pleasant Ridge road, met with a severe and painful accident, a day or two ago. He was handling one of the horses, which is part of his business to train, and while in the act of stooping to take a rope from around one of its front legs, it struck out with the other foot and hit Mr. Morton in the face, breaking the bone in his nose. Dr. Moore was called and reduced the fracture. The injury will lay Mr. Morton up for some days. He thinks the horse was reaching for a troublesome fly when it landed on him.
