At the meeting Saturday afternoon the committee reported 42 petitioners and 74 per cent subscription. The proposed viewers were considered and the subject postponed until Saturday Aug, 2, 1902 at 2 p. m when it will be determined at the court room : Ist Whether the improvement will be applied for at all. 2nd Whether recommendations for viewers will be agreed upon. 3rd Whether the promoters will form a permanent organization to work for the success of the project.
