We find that the ccunty on November 30th 1900, obtained a judgment against the following persons who now live in Jasper county, towit: Joel F. Spriggs, Addison Parkison, George B. Parkison, William Greenfield, John W. Now els, Charles C. Brown, William Bull, Abram J. Freeland, Perry Marlatt, Simon P. Thompson, Charles A. Harrington, Granville Moody, John J. Pullins, Isaac N. Hemphill, Delos Thompson, Nathan Eldridge, George McElfresh, John E. Alter, Geo. M. Wilcox, Theodore F. Warne, Robert Stevenson, Eli J. Stutsman, S. A. Brusnahan and William B. Austin, for the costs of a .former proceed!ng. The new project lessens the liability of the promoters in several respects. The bond is only a little over one-tenth as great in penalty and limits to $1050.00 the taxable costs. The mutual agreement of the non-peti-tioners also lessens said liability. The aid of the city and county are expected. The work will no doubt be more in favor with the people because < f waiting so long. The
