Notice of Ditch Letting. Notice is hereby given, that at my office, on Monday, July 28tn 1902, at one o’clock p. m., 1 will open sealed bids, received prior thereto, for the construction of a Ditch known as the “Gowland Ditch” No. 179, located as follows: Commencing seventy-two (72) rods east of the south west corner of the north east quarter section six («,) township twenty-nine (29,) north range six (6) west, and running thence in a general north easterly direction to its outlet in the Iroquois river at a point two hundred and seventy four (274)feet due northwest from the south west corner of the north east quarter of the north east quarter of the same Section, Township and Range. Also a lateral to-said Ditch: commencing one hundred and twenty (120) rods east of the south west comer of the north east quarter of section six, (fl,) township twenty nine (29.) north, range six (6) west, and running thence north one hundred and forty four (I+4) feet to its outlet in main Ditch. The main Ditch consists of 1900 feet of tile Diteh and 200 feet of open Ditch. The lateral is all tile Ditch, and all to be according to specifications on file in the County Auditor's office. Notice is hereby given that a petition has been filed with the Auditor of Jasper County, State of Indiana, and viewers have been appointed who have viewed and reported said view which is on file In my office.
