Good Homes Wanted for Orphans.
Department Commander Benjamin Starr, of the G. A. R. of Indiana, has issued a circular letter to the different posts throughout the state calling attention to the Soldiers’ and Sailor’s Orphan Home at Knightstown Indiana. There are at the present time in the home 600 children divided equally between the sexes. Every comrade is requested to be on the lookout for good homes for inmates of the asylum. For the present the room at the asylum is crowded to its capacity.
