Judge Chase’s Will.

The late Judge Dudley H. Chase, of Logansport, left quite a large estate, estimated at between 175,000 and 1100,000. Of bis seven children he disinherited three in bis will. One of these, a daughter Mrs. Kate Meeks, was disinherited because she made a run-away marriage; the other two are sons, George and Eugene. George is a bad lot and no doubt deserved what ho got, but it looks like Eugene and the girl were treated with unjustifiable severity.
