W. D. Owen's Latest Bride.

Dr. Aimee Haekinson, of Mexico City, Mex., whom Hon. W. D, Owen has just married is his third wife. She was formerly located at Indianapolis, and while there was tbe victim of a murderous attack by another woman, who threw sulphuric acid in her face The woman who did tbe act said she was hired to by another woman, who was jealous of Miss Haskinson, because of some attentions paid her by a man whom this other woman was infatuated with. After she recovered from her injuries Miss Haskinson removed to Mexico City, and was tbe only female physician there. During one of Mr. Owen’s trips there to look after bis coffee plantations he was treated by Miss Haskinson, during an attack of sickness, and the acquaintance thus formed resulted in their marriage.
