July Starts In Wet.

The heavy summer thunder storm which came up late Wednesdoy afternoon, combined with the lighter one a little earlier in the day, brought a rainfall here of almost exactly one inch. By all appearances, aud also from aooounts received, it was much heavier in other places in the vicinity than right here in town. A few miles northeast and east it was thought two inches must have fallen. In other directions also, the people declared it to be the greatest single rainfall of the season. In Remington there was only a light shower, but between there and here there was a tremenduous rain, and at the Fingelmeier neighborhood, a big bail storm occured. So far as we have gone, July promises to be as excessive* ly wet and stormy as June. All parties indebted to the Stoner & Day Milling 00, will confer a favor, by calling and settling at once, as we are now in great need of the money. Stoker A Day.
