Church Wedding at DeMotte.

There was a pleasant little wedding at DeMotte, Sunday night in spite of the inclemency of the weather. The contracting parties were Mr. Chas. P. Curtain, agent of Three I railroad at that place and Miss Florence Fairchild daughter of D. E. Fairchild. The ceremony was held in the M. E. church at DeMotte, and was pronounced by Rev. Alden, pastor of the church at 9:00 p. m. Wm. Wells acted as best man and Maude Yeagley as bridesmaid. Mrs, A. Halleck played the wedding march. No invitations were issued but the church was crowded with the well wishing friends of the bappj couple. The newly wedded pair will go to housekeeping at once in a home already furnished by the groom in anticipation of the event.
