Death of Mrs. Helena Tuteur.

Mrs. Helena Tutenr, widow of i Leopold Tuteur, died at 4 o’olook j a. m. this Monday, June 2 frd, 1902 jat her home, on Cornelia Street. Bhe had been sick 11 months, from inflamation of the bowels and ulcerated stomach. She had suffered greatly but shortly before the end she fell asleep, and passed gently from the sleep of life to the sleep of death. She was born in Grunstadt, Rhenish BavariH, Germany, Feb. 14tb, 1529, and her age at death was 73 years, 4 months and 9 days. She and her husband came to Reneselaer about 35 years ago; and. he died here in 1880, and is buried at Lafayette. She leaves five children, Moses and Isaac Tuteur and Mrs. Louis Wildberg, of Rensselaer and Mrs. Sarah Wiel and Mrs. Eliza Spangler, of Peoria, 111., Benjamin Tuteur, another son died here in 1894.. She also leaves 10 grandchildren. Also one brother and two sisters, A, Leopold and Mrs. Mary Fendig of Rensselaer and Miss Henrietta Leopold, still in Germany. The funeral will be held at the residence Thursday, at 2:30 p, m„ probably by Rabbi Fierlicht, of Lafayette. Interment will be in Weston cemetery.
