An Odd Fellows’ Lodge at Parr.
The town of Parr, 6 miles “up the line” from Rensselaer, will be the looation of a new lodge of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows on and after next Monday. It was instituted last Monday night by Distriot Dept, Grand Master L. H. Hamilton, of Rensselaer, and the floor team of Iroquois lodge will do the work. The new lodge will start in with about 35 members, 5 of whom will be from Iroquois lodge, at Rensselaer and 5 from the lodge at Mt. Ayr, and the rest new members from Parr and vicinity. The lodge will meet in the second story of a new building just completed.
