For the first time siuoe the new bankrupt law has been in foroe, a Jasper county farmer has taken advantage of its provisions to square himself with his creditors. The party in this case is Osiander K. Ritchey, from four miles south of town. His liabilities are stated at $5,000 and his assets at several ciphers. There are said to be about 50 or 60 creditors,
