Postmaster Gets a Raise.

The annual re-adjustment of postmasters’ salaries in Indiana cities baa just been announced. Changes are made in 31 cities of the state, all on the basis of greater or less business done, and it is significant of the prosperous conditions everywhere prevailing J that 29 cities of the state have their postmaster’s salaries increased and only two have them decreased.
