Populist State Convention.

Secretary Mike Walter, of Rossville, has issued a call for the Populist state convention to be held in Indianapolis, June 4th. The basis of representation is five delegates at large from each county and one additional delegate for each two hundred votes or major fraction thereof cast fcr secretary of state in 1894.
