The Indiana Dept., G. A. R. f elected the following officers: Commander, Benjamin Starr, Richmond; senior vice-comman-der, Isaiah B. McDonald, Columbia City; junior vice commander, Daniel H. McAbee, Indianapolis; medical director, Warren R. King, of Greenfield; chaplain, Rev. Isaiah P. Watts, Winchester. Anderson will get the next encampment.
