Wheeler Must Hang.

The supreme court has affirmed the judgment of the lower court in the case of Buck Wheeler, sentenced to be hanged for the murder of his son in-law. The case was appealed from the circuit court of Warrick county. Wheeler was convicted of murder in the first degree for killing Elias Burns at Boonville last summer. He was sentenced to be hanged at Michigan City June 6.
